dry air swirls around 

the charge is palpable

like anger and pain it shoot from the sky to light up the dark

quick. fast. unpredictable

sometimes silently approaching from behind

other times coming with deafening sound from the front

light zig zagging down needs the dark to find its path

embrace the fear of the flash, smell the air, breathe

peace
